Tianjin Sainteagle Welding Co., Ltd., established in August 9, 1994, is a large-scale, high-tech company integrated technology, industry and trade, together with research, manufacturing, and selling of new welding consumables and sets of production equipments. The company has a strong scientific and technological innovation capabilities and personnel advantage with its technical background of Tianjin University. The total assets are approximately 220 million, and the construction area is about 20,000 m2.
The company now has 16 sets of advanced production lines, with annual capacity of 60,000 tons of welding wire. The products, including wires of gas-shielded, self-shielded, solid wire, stainless steel and series of hard facing, can be widely used in the fields of shipbuilding, machinery, petrochemical, metallurgy, military projection and construction steel structure. The products sell well not only in domestic area but also overseas such as North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The self-designed, world class flux-cored wire production line, which draw the essence of the world's most advanced flux-cored wire production line and is manufactured by ourselves, not only equips Tianjin Sainteagle Welding Co., Ltd. itself, but also sales to nearly 20 countries at home and abroad, to become the mainstream of the world's flux-cored wire production equipment.
The company has a complete quality control system with its own technology center, and has obtained ISO 9001:2000 International Quality System Certification. The products have been approved by nine countries’ classification societies, including CCS (China), ABS (America), LR (Britain), GL (Germany), DNV (Norway), NK (Japan), BV (France), RINA (Italy), and KR (Korea).
